MacNelly.
The island’s oldest art gallery, Key West Art Center and Gallery on Front Street is also a must visit to marvel at
works that showcase the colors and vibrant mood of Key West. The gallery hosts two of the biggest art events
so if you are on the island in January and February this is the best time to enjoy art at its best.
Water sports galore
If water sports are what get you going, Key West is just the place to be any time of the year. Snorkeling in
crystal clear waters can be an exhilarating experience to say the least. Do take advantage of boat tours that
take you to some of the coolest reefs where you can enjoy a close encounter with marine life. The Sand Key
Lighthouse and Dry Tortugas National Park are among the prime spots for snorkeling and other water sports
adventures.
Nightlife on the island
Back on terra firma, Mallory Square is the place to be to watch some of the most spectacular sunsets and join in
the sunset celebrations held every evening. You will find everyone type of street artists from jugglers to
tightrope walkers, and animal acts at the square keep you entertained.
Then it is time to hit the town after dark and check in to some of the island’s legendary pubs, open-air bars, and
fine dining restaurants on Duval Street. Then again, there are many more Key West attractions. To learn more
